Hail Yeah

Mother Nature causes havoc - a 15 minute microburst that basically undid all the planting, gardening, tree planting, etc., for the entire summer via a steady stream of marble-sized hail.

The morning after - 8 hours later, still most of the hail is around.

Never too early for a history lesson, especially when there are trains involved.

The fam takes off on a hike to find the Corkscrew Turntable outside Ironton.

The ties left over from the railroad bed last used ca. 1900.

Memorial Day

Zach visits Great-grandma Easley in Nebraska.

The trip also featured an introduction to Aunt Madeleine and Uncle Ryan, Grace, Claire and Emma.  Plus, we hung out at the world's largest porch swing.  Good times.
